Camp Via participants recently enjoyed a fun-filled outing to the Miracle League Baseball field and splash pad. Thanks to the teamwork and collaboration of our staff, who worked with the Miracle League to create meaningful experiences and lasting memories for the individuals we support. It's a wonderful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together.

We're excited to share several leadership updates that reflect the talent, dedication, and growth within our organization. Please join us in welcoming Megan Decker as Via's new Director of Operations & Business Systems. Megan will serve as a strategic operations partner, overseeing facilities, fleet, technology, communications, security systems, vendor management, capital projects, and operational readiness while helping build the infrastructure needed to support Via's continued growth and success.

We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Sean Hartman to Director of Organizational Compliance & Quality. Since joining Via in 2013, Sean has demonstrated a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and service excellence. In his new role, he will help strengthen quality initiatives and ensure organizational compliance across Via's programs and services, supporting both our teams and the individuals we serve.

Additionally, Alivia Sinko has been promoted to Director of Community Employment and Small Group Employment, expanding her leadership within our employment services programs. Since joining Via in 2016, Alivia has been a trusted and valued team member, known for her positive attitude and collaborative spirit. Her expanded responsibilities will include oversight of Small Group Employment, SourceAmerica, and UniqueSource, helping create even more meaningful employment opportunities for the individuals we support.
